Terms & Conditions
These terms govern enquiries and orders placed with Commat Technologies through zrcpaint.pk. Placing an order confirms acceptance of the terms displayed at that time.
Seller
Products ordered through zrcpaint.pk are sold by Commat Technologies, Lahore, Pakistan.
Product information
Technical information is provided from GalvoKote documents and published sources. Project suitability remains dependent on the substrate, environment, preparation, application and specification. Buyers should obtain technical confirmation for unusual service conditions.
Orders and acceptance
An automated order acknowledgement does not create a right to unavailable stock. Final acceptance is subject to stock, payment clearance and dispatch confirmation.
Pricing and delivery charges
The current cash price for the 2.5 kg pack is PKR 28,000. Courier and delivery charges are quoted separately and confirmed before acceptance. Prices may change when supplier, currency, freight or market costs change, but an accepted order will not be altered without the customer's agreement.
Misuse and application
Commat Technologies can provide application guidance, but site preparation and workmanship remain under the control of the buyer, contractor or applicator unless a separate written application service is agreed.
Governing law
Pakistan law applies. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Commat Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from storage, preparation, specification, application, misuse or conditions outside its control.
