Shipping & Returns
Orders are dispatched from Lahore to serviceable destinations across Pakistan. Tracking details are shared after courier booking.
Pakistan delivery
Ready-stock orders are normally processed promptly after order and payment confirmation. Courier selection, eligibility, charges and estimated transit time depend on destination, shipment weight and carrier acceptance. These details are confirmed before dispatch.
Order inspection
Inspect the parcel before use. Report visible damage, leakage, a wrong item or a shortage within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, the order number and the original packaging. Do not use a damaged or leaking container.
Returns
A return requires prior written authorization. Opened, used, mixed, contaminated, improperly stored or customer-damaged chemical products cannot normally be accepted. Unopened goods may be considered where they remain sealed, identifiable and safely resalable. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded.
Technical products
Refunds or replacements are assessed after verification. Approved refunds are made through an agreed method after the returned goods are received where a return is required. Application failure caused by unsuitable use, preparation, dilution, storage or workmanship is not a transport defect.
