Cold Galvanizing Paint Price in Pakistan: What Determines Project Cost?
For a cold galvanizing job, price per kilogram is only one part of cost. Zinc content, DFT, preparation, productivity and future maintenance all matter.

Buyers comparing cold galvanizing paint prices in Pakistan should consider total applied cost. The correct buying question is broader: what will it cost to achieve the required zinc film on the actual steel?
Material price
The current cash price for the standard 2.5 kg pack is PKR 28,000. Courier and delivery charges are quoted separately and confirmed before order acceptance. Contact Commat Technologies to confirm other-pack availability; the TDS lists 1.5, 2.5, 5 and 10 kg.
Film thickness
The published reference system is 80 µm DFT. A cheaper coating that needs a different build, or a low-zinc product sold under a similar description, is not a like-for-like comparison.
Surface preparation
Blasting or power-tool work can cost more than the coating itself on some maintenance jobs. Cutting preparation is usually a false saving because the zinc network needs clean metal contact.
Lifecycle cost
A technically correct comparison should include expected maintenance intervals, access cost and downtime, not only the can price.
